

Our service plan for Wabi envisions a staff totaling 33 persons. Within that total will be 6 people in the kitchen and to provide food and beverage services. Collectively room attendants and maids add a further ten people, while among the remainder are a variety of skilled maintenance staff to keep facilities functioning in the proper manner.
The Wabi front reception and concierge service will assist guests in their day-to-day needs, while 24-hour security ensures the general safety of the complex. Overall operations will be managed by a General Manager and an Assistant Manager.
BHM, with its main office located only ten minutes away, will compliment this onsite staff with specialist hospitality consultants, finance and accounting services, as well central reservations personnel. All these people work behind the scenes to make Wabi a pleasurable experience for both owners and guests.
