The Architect
Master planning & design
Gfab have been selected as master planner and design architect for the project. Gfab is a well-respected, international architectural company established in 1999 by Gary Fell, a London trained architect (UCL Bartlett 1993). The company has built a distinctive portfolio of villas, resorts, boutique hotels, and private homes throughout the region - Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam.
MEP Consultants
Due to the environmental concerns of the Wabi development JdeR Building Services Consultants were employed as the MEP consultants. They focus on building services where energy and environmental issues are a concern. The operational cost, energy monitoring / measurement system, maintenance access points and renewable energy application are deeply considered in each of their projects. JdeR established in 2000 by Julianus Pedrico operate out of Bali yet cover projects all over the region and pride themselves in innovative and contemporary solutions to ecological building practices.
Structural and Civil Engineer
The structural engineering and civil works were all carried out by Catur Mitra Utama. CMU is the top ranking engineering company in Bali, operating on the island and others in the archipelago for many years. The principal, Ketut Ardhana and his team enjoy the challenge of finding a structural solution to all problems that architects throw at them and are creative and inventive in their response.
Interior & landscape design
Gfab is a practice which seeks to blur the distinctions between disciplines –architecture is seen as an extension of and integral to the landscape. In keeping with its vision, Gfab’s 23-member team will provide a complete service inclusive of interior and landscape design.
Head Sales Agents
The Elite Havens Group, with offices in France and Japan, has been appointed to assist the Developer in project marketing. Elite Havens has been established in Bali since 1999 and is the island’s largest and most well known villa and real estate company. For project marketing in Bali they have a strategic alliance with Knight Frank International.
