Project Update Newsletter - November 2007

Welcome back to our WABI UMALAS project newsletter. Besides enjoying the Idul Fitri holiday, the last month has seen some significant construction progress with our display villas on schedule for completion in February 2008. With this level of completion we now start a more active marketing program commencing with an Exhibition in Hong Kong in early December. In the meantime we love hearing from you so if you have any questions or comments please just post them using the “contact us” page. Thanks again for your interest in our project!

Show Villas

We have completed most structural work and now check waterproofing of garden roofs and roof ponds. Finishing of the external walls with Paras Kerobokan (local bedrock) is well underway and as the internal walls of bedrooms and bathrooms. The pools are almost complete with lighting installed and stone finishing done. The stairway to the upstairs lounge is now installed which allows you to get a better impression of the surrounding views over paddies and to the mountains. The target now is to fast-track at least one bedroom to be fully finished by Christmas while the phase 1 completion date of February is exactly on track. If you are planning to come to Bali over Christmas please do contact us and schedule a visit. Umalas at Christmas is a sea of green!
