The Wabi comprises:
- A total of nine villas; six 2-bedroom, two 3-bedroom and one 4-bedroom.
- Café & bar together with the function facilities. The main kitchen adjoins this area.
- A Reception building housing also maintenance, staff changing rooms and parking.
- Parking, common walkways and a bridge over the river.
